"When we arrived early, Nicola at reception checked if our room was ready and got us booked in and up to the room ahead of check in time. This helped massively as we were going to a party. The breakfast was excellent and the only criticism was that the property needs a bit of TLC. The water temperature fluctuated a bit in the shower and the fans were a little noisy but overall a good stay."

"I use this hotel often and it’s the first time I’ve had an issue - no towels in the room. I couldn’t be bothered walking all the way over to reception and carrying a hand towel as I do, I got by. It’s an oversight but I’ll be using the hotel again. Mistakes happen. Room 204."

"A fabulous hotel that goes the extra mile to make guests feel valued and comfortable. Extremely doggy friendly, with separate zones for guests unaccompanied by their 4 legged companions.
