Very comfortable beachfront house in Arraial do Cabo in a heavenly place between Costa do Sol State Park and a large lagoon for fishing and sports.
Located near the main avenue with several shops available, it is only 23 km from the center of Cabo Frio with quick and easy access.

Local e atendimento excelente

Como sempre o Sr Vinícius é muito atencioso e a dona Rejane quem nos recepciona muito bem e oferece todo o suporte necessário. Há 4 anos que vamos sempre à mesma casa, não somente pela excelente localização em frente à praia, mas também pela atenção que sempre é nos dada, fazendo com que nossa estadia seja excelente

Um ótimo lugar pra curtir e descansar

A casa é muito boa, o anfitrião é super prestativo e o local é bem agradável. A casa é muito boa, precisa de uns detalhes a mais pra ficar perfeita como um armário de cozinha e colocar os travesseiros para lavar pois com o ambiente fechado ficam com cheiro um pouco mais forte. Mas nada que atralhe pois são coisas que não atrapalham em nada a experiência, no geral eu daria nota 9. Pretendo voltar mais vezes certamente.

Vista maravilhosa

Gostei muito do imóvel do Vinícius, lugar muito tranquilo com uma vista maravilhosa, o mar e um pouco agitado mais da para tomar banho na beirada. Adorei o imóvel tudo conforme o anuncio, o Vinícius super educado e simpático. Com certeza voltarei na próxima férias. Gostaria de agradecer também a dona Regiane que foi quem me recebeu no imóvel.

Lugar excepcional

Como sempre excelente. É o terceiro ano que vamos para o mesmo local e estamos sempre muito satisfeitos, principalmente pela atenção da Rejane que cuida da casa e do proprietário sr Vinicius, que sempre são muito atenciosos em tudo. O local é exatamente como se vê nas fotos do anúncio e vale muito a pena para quem quer descansar próximo ao mar. Não vemos a hora de chegar as férias do ano que vem.

Vista maravilhosa, falta melhorar utensílios domésticos , e tirar a geladeira usada como armário que junta muito mosquito, os travesseiros com cheiro forte de mofo,mau tem pano de chão pra dar uma ajeitada na casa, como fiquei hospedada na casa verde ao lado que é muito completa senti falta de muitas coisas, o banheiro principal sobe um mau cheiro insuportável, a casa não tem um produto sequer de limpeza.

Casa ampla, arejada e organizada! Gostei muito, local excelente em frente a praia, é mais isolado, perfeito pra quem quer sossego. Só o box da suíte que é um pouco pequeno, mas o restante tudo bom ☺️

Casa com uma vista incrível

A casa é ótima, fica um pouco longe de arraial Mas super compensa pela vista que tem . Voltarei mais vezes . A comunicação com o Vinícius foi ótima . Única coisa contra da casa é que falta utensílios como: Misteira ajudaria muito Mais panelas pq tem pouquíssimas O rodo estava quebrado e as vassouras não era muito boas então fica difícil dar uma ajeitada na casa Apenas isso Mas nada que impeça de aproveitar e curtir e só uma dica para melhorar a hospedagem.

Simplesmente fantástico

A casa possui uma visão privilegiada, pois está em frente ao mar. O local é tranquilo, os vizinhos são muito receptivos, a Regiane que nos deu toda assistência, como sempre muito atenciosa. É a segunda vez que vamos e pretendemos voltar. O lugar é simplesmente fantástico.

A casa e o local são bem interessantes. Em relação à casa, dois aspectos poderiam melhorar: utensílios e pintura das paredes. Sobre o local, a única coisa ruim era uma obra duas casas depois. No geral, vale a pena. Pretendo voltar.

Figueira é um paraíso e a localização da casa é maravilhosa. Pontuo apenas os utensílios e eletrodomésticos da cozinha. Precisa de manutenção, melhoria e acréscimo de utensílios básicos, pois não é um hotel e cozinhar para comer faz parte do passeio...rss

Maravilhoso!

Fomos bem no final do ano então escolhemos o melhor lugar possível, mais afastado, vista maravilhosa para a praia e com 30 minutos de carro chegávamos ao centro. Fomos muito bem recebidos e tivemos uma excelente comunicação com o Vinícius e a Rejane. A praia de frente pra casa é extremamente agitada, mas o lugar é um paraíso, onde pudemos apreciar um lindo pôr do sol todos os dias. A casa é toda reformada e aconchegante. Com certeza vamos voltar!

Lugar paradisíaco

Ficamos apenas 4 dias, mas foram muito agradáveis. A casa possui o básico para atender as necessidades diárias, exatamente o que está descrito sobre o imóvel mas para quem vai ficar muitos dias é bom esclarecer alguns pontos, caso tenha dúvida, com o Vinícius( bem atencioso ).Não esqueça de levar toalha, lençóis e produtos básicos de higiene . Tem comércio próximo, mas é bom que nos primeiros momentos, você tenha o básico até se situar.

Férias no paraíso!

Eu, minha noiva e nosso cachorrinho ficamos 9 dias na casa, e foi tudo perfeito! Não tem preço acordar todos os dias e dar de cara com um mar tão azul e uma areia tão branca. A praia na maioria do tempo ficou sem absolutamente ninguém, então era como se fosse nosso próprio "quintal". Mesmo sendo um lugar mais isolado, é super tranquilo e seguro. É o lugar perfeito pra quem deseja relaxar e descansar. Vinícius esteve lá no primeiro dia para se certificar de que estávamos bem instalados, e a dona Rejane deu toda a assistência de que precisamos. Com certeza voltaremos outras vezes!

Ótima casa! Localizada em um distrito de arraial do cabo (Figueira) a casa fica de frente para a praia. Para quem busca tranquilidade, essa casa é perfeita, possui os utensílios necessários para cozinhar, fazer churrasco, etc. Fui com minha noiva e minha cachorrinha. Gostamos muito! Recomendo e voltarei com certeza!
