We asked for the key to the room 1/2 hour prior check in time. We had an appointment. We were asked to pay $30 to drop off our bags in the room. Ridiculous As for the hotel, very clean and personnel very welcoming

It was good to be gold! Great property, friendly staff and the location is world class. Would recommend to others and will likely repeat the trip again.

Great location on the edge of Old Quebec City. Very cool hallway with small round tables against one side with a chair on either side and all glass on the opposite wall with a spectacular view of the city. Ate at their restaurant twice. Food was very good. Enjoyed our stay.

Really nice property and helpful staff. Walkable to Old Town Quebec City. We happened to stay when they had a contractor working noisily on the exterior of the property, but we would return after the work’s done.
