"Facilmente raggiungibile in poco tempo dall'aeroporto, poca disponibilità di parcheggio nei dintorni ma si trova. Pulizia diciamo sufficiente, problemi con acqua calda alla sera di ritorno dalle spiagge ed al mattino presto. Cucinino dotato del necessario, stoviglie, moka e frigo con minicongelatore. Il gestore fa il possibile per ovviare ai problemi ma a volte non ce la fa a star dietro a tutto. Località strategica per raggiungere tutti i posti piu' belli dell'isola."

"Nice studio and very gently staff. The owners Andreas and Pellas are very good peoples. The room is ok but it would improve the bed structure and the shower. The view from little terrace isrelaxing above all to the sunset. Position quite and good to discover the entire island."

"Athena Palace is a small aparthotel, with 14 apartments on two levels, right in front of the fantastic Aegean sea, west side of Karpathos island. It is not on the main road, so you do not hear noises or traffic , only the constant sound of the waves and wind. "This hotel is magical! Beautiful decor and excellent layout. It was very well laid out with comfortable furniture and bedding. It's an easy walk down the hill to the beach, but it can be a bit steep in places so be mindful if you have any mobility needs. The Amoopi beach has chairs/umbrellas available for a fee (I believe $30 euro for 2 chairs and an umbrella), and there was a beachfront restaurant where we grabbed a late lunch. It's a short distance to Karpathos town (Pigadia) where you'll have access to groceries, restaurants, bars, etc. on the beautiful harbor. The staff was exceptional. We enjoyed the onsite breakfast overlooking the sea. The food was freshly prepared, beautifully presented and delicious. They offered us a late checkout since our flight wasn't until the evening. We rested by the pool and the bartender woke us up when it was time to depart for our flight since our phones were charging in the room. The only issue we had was sleeping with the windows open not realizing the mosquitos would come in. The next day, we noticed the hotel even provides a mosquito repellant plug-in in one of the drawers which was so thoughtful! Just be mindful of the mosquitos, and you'll have a wonderful stay. "
