"Very nice front staff. Street is noisy during the day but quiets down at night. Room is clean. Decent bed. For the price it’s a good value. Best part for me is right across the street from ASU. "

"The host was extremely attentive during my visit and made the process easy. The bed was really firm which was great for me but may not be for everyone. Shops are a 7 min walk away. There are scooters you can rent around the area to commute. The neighborhood was relaxed and quiet day and night and everyone is friendly. Used uber to commute and spent around $15 and less for each ride. Did not use the pool. Room was as expected, if you stay here long request more towels. Would stay here again!"
