"Where to start? 1st, the toilet had a small leak that constantly kept the floor around the toilet wet. 2nd, Ice machine didn't work but was told I could take my ice bucket next door to the gas station ( what a Joke)! My stay was for 4 nights and I'm not a mechanic but if this property truly cared about it's guests, GETTING A ICE MACHINE REPAIRED ISN'T THAT MAJOR OF A DEAL( THIS PISSED ME OFF). 3rd, no mini fridge, no mini microwave, no shampoo at all!! 4th, each day I had to stop by the office to get my key card reactivated, even though my stay was confirmed for 4 days upon check in. 5th, the video interaction at the front office was Very unwelcoming, another way to remove a important part of any travel experience!!! Will say TV worked well and so did the AC. I will update Expedia if the hotel reaches out to me with any reply or compensation. "

"It was a nice enough hotel and the rooftop bar is a must-see. My beef with this property is that my room was clearly covered in pet dander and the mattress was the worst I have ever slept on. I have severe allergies to both cats and dogs and didn’t realize this was a pet friendly hotel until I checked out and noticed the dog bowls in the lobby. That was on me. But the reaction I had to my room was next level. I suffered the entire stay and between the sneezing, swollen eyes and skin that felt like it was on fire, and the mattress that felt like it had been retrieved from a trash pile after being used for 20 years, I didn’t get more than 3 hours of sleep a night. It was absolute torture and I don’t think I could ever stay there again. "

"Overall experience was pretty good. AC was not working, so first night was spent in 81 degree temp. I let the property manager know and they sent someone to fix it, but the couldn't. I was thankfully offered another room with working AC. The new unit was cleaned (I hope) garbage in kitchen was filled to the top, so that was a little annoying. I would check it out again for future visits."

"Hotel is beautiful and I was surprised at the location and design with it being my first time there. Check in was a breeze and the lobby was so pretty with the waterfall inside by the cafe and front desk. The inside bar by the lobby was nice, had a great view and the staff working there were friendly, attentive, and great. We enjoyed food and drinks from the bar and patio and everything was tasty. It really gave a “resort” type of feel. Warning to anyone who hasn’t been, there are a TON of stairs if you plan on going to the pool and wandering around. The place also feels like a maze at times, especially at night. The bartenders at the pool bar were not friendly and barely gave any attention. I get that the timing is off at times but it’s the weekend and the least they could do is acknowledge patrons at the bar. I consistently felt like I was an inconvenience to them by being there and ordering. They would look up at me, all 3 of them, then ignore me. Maybe the bar is closing up which is valid, a little communication could help. After waiting a couple of minutes being ignored, I walked up to the upstairs bar to get drinks, no big deal. As i walked down, the bartender was helping others with new orders. Either you’re closing or you’re not right? And with those stairs, this was not an easy feat between the pool and bar multiple times. Overall I would stay here again, plan better when going to bar and pool, and I would just avoid the pool bar completely. Beautiful view and pool"
