"Pros; The room I rented was actually quite nice as it has a balcony , separate bedroom, separate bathroom (shower - no tub) and separate living room with a nice sofa & tv. There is also kitchen combo with a small dining table. The kitchen had pots pans etc so you could cook your own meal AND there was a high tech washer/dryer combo which I did use. Add to that a full size fridge so it would be more like staying in an apartment then a hotel . The receptionist were all VERY nice and helpful BUT...

"First thing first to make things clear for the future guest, the residence was managed by skye hotel and for check in you need to go there. Hotel staffs and residence Housekeeping staffs are very friendly and helpful. Room is clean enough given that the building is old. The only reason i gave 4 stars is due to location which is proned to very heavy traffic. Overall good place to stay for longer period as rooms included kitchenette, microwave and fridge."

"A well run apartment hotel, with helpful staffs, and well located. The hotel is close by to the elevated metro station from the airport ( the station for the hotel is Victory monument) Nearby is a large shopping center with many’s restaurants - next to it is an excellent evening street food market. Paula, the manager, is exceptionally caring and kind person."

"Booked and paid for the non-refundable rate Sukhumvit 23 hotel and arrived after a long drive. The hotel was closed permanently. The guard told me to go to soi 16, which I found to be a completely different type of room than in the pictures. It was in fact a low quality apartment and not even close to what I’m used to staying in with citadines. Nothing was mentioned on the website and I couldn’t even get a refund. Citadines lost a long term guest. Nothing to do with the current situation...
