"We stopped for one night on an evening when the restaurant was closed. We were made very welcome (there are 4 rooms only and we were the only guests). The hostess cooked us a lovely three course dinner ( though menu was limited) and in the morning we has a lovely continental breakfast. Simple fair but plentiful. "We were welcomed by our host Stephanie and shown to our room. Disappointed to find it opened directly on to the dining room. Could clearly hear conversation from guests in the next room through the walls. Our bedroom and bathroom were both large in size with teas/coffees and kettle which were welcome. Good breakfast of orange juice, cereals, toast and jams, and cheese. Quiet peaceful location."
