The staff were pleasant and helpful but the hotel was badly maintained and the building was not soundproofed. It was very noisy even when other guests were doing perfectly reasonable things such as using the bathroom. There were parties during the night and the restaurant generated a lot of noise. Not a good place to visit if you like sleep!

The restaurant was never open prior to 8:00am, with only a single option for breakfast (which wasn't bad, but it wasn't a "buffet"). The hotel was under constant construction. The water was brown from either dirt or rust. Then to top it off, both elevators were broken at one point.
I've heard the other Corporate Hotel is much better, but would not be staying at this one again.

"This is a nice place to stay while visiting Mongolia's capital. It has everything a traveler needs with all of the amenities of a typical Japanese-style hotel. Great bathroom and decent TV offerings. Check-in and check-out times are a little late and early, respectively, but this is also (frustratingly) ..."
