「Perfect villa in a perfect location. Lovely and secluded position but in walking distance of many restaurants and tavernas. You do not need to walk along the main road to get to Coral Bay as you can walk behind the villa along the cul de sac. We did hire a car to venture further afield but it is definitely not required and the villa pool and outside area are so nice, you probably wont want to leave! The villa is amazing and I cant think of anything that wasn't there for us and the welcome food...

「Lovely villa located in quiet cul de sac. Well-appointed air-conditioned place with good size swimming pool. The villa was spotless and everything you would require is supplied in the villa. We hired a car and was grateful as the villa has a couple of bars / restaurants in walking distance, but we did feel we wouldn't want to eat there every night as the variation on the menu was fairly limited. Easy access for days to Paphos and into Coral Bay, would recommend the villa for a great family...

「We loved the size and location of the property. When we arrived the property was clean and the host had left us a welcome pack of food and drink in the fridge. He also popped by on a couple of occasions with a lovely cake. We loved the swimming pool and used it most days. The villa was located up a lane and felt very private. 「Disappointing first opinion. Overgrown garden, particularly the banana palms alongside the villa completely shades the pool area in November, but i suspect this wouldn't have been an issue earlier in the year, or if the palms had been trimmed. We had to carryout one or two other general repairs on arrival. Jill is a wonderful host, not forgetting her property manager and his partner who live next door, who were always on hand to provide help and advice if needed. 「The villa is absolutely gorgeous. Couldn’t quite believe it when we got there. It’s spacious inside and with lots of space in the garden. We got tons of sun in the garden at all times of day but could get shade in the patio if it got too hot, and the hedges were nice to have privacy sunbathing. The location was also great. There’s a quick shortcut (not on google maps!) to get down to grocery store and some restaurants within 5 minutes walk and the beach only a few minutes further. Lovely stay,...

「The house was really nice, even with a private pool. The main pool was really convenient for children. However some facilities are not very well maintained, maybe because it was not high season. However the price was very good for what we got.」
