"We stated at the apartment when the Tour de France was going through in July 2023. My husband and I loved the location and the area. We had never been to the area and were from the United States, so it was important for us to have an apartment with linens and towels provided. We enjoyed our stay in the mountains! The only downside was the lack of wifi, but I think that is common for most apartments in the mountain area. There was a tourism office with free wifi in the building nearby."

We had a warm and generous welcome, enjoyed the practical, warm and comfortable accommodation and explored the locality. "Beautifully updated and lovingly maintained cottage for a perfect experience of rural France. Very close to two major towns (Pau and Bayonne) as well as multiple charming villages, it makes for an ideal location for exploring the foothills of Pyrénées. The owners, Shona and Ken, are very friendly and accommodating people, truly interested in the comfort of their guests. We strongly recommend the gîte, and hope to return there again soon."

"There was no communication with the owners since apparently they were on vacation. We found the house dirty, with a strong smell of humidity, nobody explained to us how the urbanization works. The place is fine but it was not in conditions for your accommodation. It was a pity that no one had cleaned it beforehand."
