"The walls were very thin and vents connected to neighbors, so everything could be heard from neighboring apartments. Multiple guys who didn't look like they were even staying at the property were outside being very loud until late at night. The bed was so soft it felt like I was sinking to the floor and the sofa and chairs in the apartment were extremely uncomfortable. I didn’t like the small unlit sign at the road, the dirty driveway is in poor conditions, no visibility on top of the hill plus big potholes, the property sits at a steep angle to the ocean requiring big steps stairs to access the room or the pool. "O ambiente, de forma geral, estava sempre limpo e a equipe foi sempre muito atenciosa e respeitosa. O cardápio do café da manhã estava bem abrangente e adequado, apenas no domingo reduziu um pouco as opções. Um problema observado foi que quando no banho e uma outra pessoa utiliza água da pia ou sanitário etc, seja no mesmo quarto ou outro, o chuveiro reduz significativamente a pressão e volume de água e quando volta vem água muito quente. De mais nenhuma reclamação, só elogios. Super recomendamos..."
