"We were in room 40 which was set apart from the main hotel. Room was clean with a fridge, separate small Tv lounge area and a large bed with lovely views over the countryside. There was an area to sit outside and it had its own parking space (more like a chalet). Bathroom needed updating but shower was powerful and hot. Bring your own toiletries as not much supplied. Large, soft towels. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice & great coffee. The staff were all super friendly. We would definitely stay again. Good value for money. "

"Clean and tidy with everything needed (towels, soap, washing up liquid, cloth and tea towel). Nice and quiet location with a few lovely pubs in walking distance. Friendly hosts and Labradors!"

"It was clean, functional, and tastefully furnished. The hostess took excellent and thoughtful care of our needs. The road runs directly around the garden and is quite audible. The huge, fenced-in garden, which we could use as a dog run, was perfect! Thank you so much!"

"We had an amazing stay for my partners birthday. The little touches that the hotel did were so lovely. The staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Make sure you eat at the Korean cowgirl as it was great potion sizes and good value for money. The only thing I wish was a bit better was the spa, if it was a bit bigger and had more loungers."

"The hot tub was warm enough, but the pool with the jets on the side. When they are activated the chlorine was very strong and made our eyes sting. "
