"The house was just perfect. Two bedroom suites, each with its own bathroom. Nice size kitchen and living space, big screen TV with multiple streaming services, plenty of comfortable seating. Lovely screened-in porch with comfortable seating. Easy access from the road, easy drive to shopping and eating, and downtown Ashville, which is a fun town. We would highly recommend this place."

"The Huntley was the perfect "tree house" vacation. Great location. Beautiful home. Enjoyed the mountains while in the hot tub. Gorgeous waterfall for morning coffee. Frank, the host, was awesome. Gave great local recommendations. We did them all including horseback riding. Easy check-in. Fresh eggs in the fridge made breakfast by the waterfall awesome. Highly recommend Frank and Fairview. We would absolutely stay again."

"We enjoyed our stay here. In a great neighborhood with access to downtown just a walk away. Clean and exactly as listed. The only reason we gave it a 4 star overall was due to the fact we had no hot water for hours on Saturday. We went hiking in the morning and just wanted a hot shower upon returning. It was a quick drive in to Asheville, and we were very excited that you could walk out of the door and be only a five-minute walk from the Mountains-to-Sea Trail along the Blue Ridge Parkway. The house itself was comfortably furnished, and the hot tub was great. The kitchen has the basics in terms of cooking implements, but guests need to bring their own staples."

"The house is amazing. The view is beautiful. We spent most of our time relaxing, but there are plenty of things to do. The playroom was such an amazing plus and the game room is really nice. The bedrooms are great. We found the Palmetto State Trail and had a nice hike. The house is close enough to the beautiful town of Hendersonville. We took a day trip to Biltmore. The town of Saluda is a great little mountain town to spend some time in. Highly recommend Greenriver BBQ."
