「Property was as advertised. Great attention to details. Owner communication was great and did a great job setting expectations. Will in be back.」

「Very nice accommodations. Clean environment. Very comfortable bed. Nice double vanity sink for couples. Full size shower with extra linens closet. Nice porch for outdoor R&R. Communication with host was fast and friendly. Anytime we needed anything host was accommodating. Appreciated the chalk board welcoming us with our name.I will definitely keep in mind for any future Asheville stays.」

「How this property ever got numerous 10 stars is beyond my comprehension; very obviously fake reviews. The shower floor was nasty. There was what appeared to be black mold under kitchen sink. Floors were uneven and sinking in spots. Roof covered with tarp. Walls were particle board and mismatched pieces of scrap wood. Overall, we had to question the integrity of the home. Owner did not sent check- in info on day of until we called an hour after check-in time. Left shortly after seeing the place....

「Fantastic property for large or extended family vacations! The game room was where everyone liked to gather in the afternoons or after dinner. The hot tub was perfect- clean and hot.. but not too hot. Well equipped kitchen with everything we needed. At the end of the week we were sad to leave. Also great location-close to Asheville and the biltmore and shopping centers, but feels like you’re in the countryside.」

「Beautiful house and a very responsive host. Had a great trip, thank you!」

「We had an outstanding stay at this property. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the home was the perfect size for two people. It was exceptionally clean, well-appointed, and in a fantastic location for exploring the Asheville area.Mitch was an outstanding host. He was very responsive before our arrival, provided excellent communication throughout the process, and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed after we arrived. My wife and I travel extensively across the country, and...

「Cozy place with a fenced yard for the dogs. Close to everything」

「Very nice home with all the amenities. a nice back yard for the dogs to enjoy.」

「This is a beautiful property on a quiet street with great outdoor entertaining space. The outside deck, fire pit area, hot tub, and fenced in yard are wonderful, especially if you have a dog. The bedrooms are cozy, beds are comfy, and bathrooms have all you need. We loved the coffee bar and the kitchen, perfect for a breakfast and dinner in. The living room had enough space to spread out and spend time with family and we really enjoyed the location of this house. We were really close to so many...

「I absolutely loved this adorable bungalow. Great boho vibe and beautiful deck for morning coffee and listening to the birds. Can we talk about the location? Literally walking distance to cute restaurants and shops and everything else is 10 minutes away. The host was incredible. Easy check in and retuned my 2 texts immediately. Never needed to contact her, because everything was perfect. Stayed for 7 nights and we’ll definitely be back!」

「We enjoyed our stay. It worked well for us as we were visiting family. If we were just vacationing, we would have needed a property with a full kitchen. Everything was great and very clean. We did not need our hosts during the stay but they were nearby if needed. Only suggestions would be to add a small dining table with four chairs. There seemed to be plenty of dishes and cookware (we didn't cook much this trip). Instructions were clear (although some of us couldn't tell if the password ended...

「What a beautiful view and relaxing porch to chill or have a bite outside. All the amenities needed were available to us. Perfect location to go between downtown and the River Arts district while still only a 7 min ride back to the house.」
