Hôtel disposant d'un parking avec une chambre et une salle de bain confortable et fonctionnelle. Les bouteilles d'eau et le café dans les chambres étaient un petit plus que nous avons apprécié. Le menu du restaurant très bon avec la possibilité davoir des pâtes sans gluten et un dessert sans gluten. Le gérant parle français. Le serveur très sympathique. Le petit déjeuner buffet très complet.

Das Frühstück war zum Teil gut! Service beim Frühstück war schlecht! Aus dem Klimaanlage kam zu viel Wind, den man nicht kontrollieren konnte!

Hotel situato al centro ho soggiornato x 3 notti , ottima posizione ,stanze pulite , vivibili , ottima colazione di qualità ed abbondante , ma purtroppo per quanto riguarda i servizi c'è molto da migliorare , Wi-Fi lentissimo , c'è il frigo in camera , ma è come se non ci fosse , in quanto al momento dell'uscita dalla camera si spegne tutto e di conseguenza anche il frigo per è inutilizzabile , non ha senso.....I materassi sono da sostituire , la prima notte è stata insonne dovuta proprio a questo problema , anche se mi hanno cambiato al camera il problema era uguale , se riescono a risolvere questi problemi che non sono di poco conto ....sicuramente potrà ambire a risultati migliori

Arco e la sua colonnina di ricarica elettrica

Partendo da Bergamo per andare in Val di Non con un'auto elettica ce la siamo presa comoda. Abbiamo ricaricato l'auto dalle 11:45 alle 15. Mangiando e visitando un po' Arco che abbiamo trovato molto bello per cui ritorneremo a primavera. Con l'albergo ci siamo trovati benissimo.

Great hotel with functioning wi-fi and AC!

We stayed here during our trip after leaving a hotel that didn't have AC and wi-fi that worked. We were so pleased we decided to stay an extra two nights. The hotel is within walking distance of Arco's main downtown area with restaurants, gelato, and more. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the Arco or Lake Garda area.

I pro: posizione ottima a due passi dal centro. La struttura esternamente e' molto bella. I bagni sono nuovi e grandi. Il personale cordiale. Disponibile un piccolo parcheggio e qualche posto in garage gratis. I contro: in camera moquette macchiata che non trasmette idea di una buona pulizia. Anche le sedie della sala colazione/ristorante sono in tessuto e tutte macchiate. La colazione e' scarsa ed offre poca scelta.

Möchten dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

Die Matratzen sind hart wie ein Brett. Die Zudecke sehr dünn. Nur eine Ersatzdecke vorrätig. Das Frühstück sehr einfach. Die Dame im Frühstückszimmer sehr unfreundlich.

Good location

Great location, very clean and comfortable. Good hotel, the only issue I had was the poor level of service and lack of professionalism from evening staff (Pietro) in the dining room - aggressive and rude. Refused to dine there which was a shame. Otherwise a comfortable hotel

Sehr freundliches Personal. Angenehme Atmosphäre, aber (noch) kein WLAN. Frühstücksbuffet okay. Weg zum Gardasee recht umständlich und zu lang, um zu Fuß zu gehen.
