The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great house for a group

The house worked well for our group of ten as we explored the redwoods. The location is great, it was a quick drive into town, easy access to the highway, and there’s a grocery store within walking distance of the house. Pricing was affordable - the house was a little bit dated but clean. As minor as it was, our only disappointment was with the bath towels - they were very linty and very thin. Overall, it’s a great and affordable place to stay while exploring the beautiful parks and beaches nearby.
