Magnetic Dreams Unit 2

Two bedroom unit with a wonderful open verandah overlooking the canopy of tropical palms. Unit 2 is situated at the rear of the building, allowing ultimate privacy and lovely views over the lawn and established gardens with easy access to the inground pool plus a car space underneath. Open kitchen with long bench spaces, double sink, wide servery, electric appliances and dishwasher opens to the wide covered verandah for alfresco dining. Wonderful living area with comfortable lounge setting, TV and air-conditioning. Louvered windows throughout allows natural light and cross breezes into every room.
Spacious bedrooms with queen size beds, air conditioning, ceiling fans and large built-in robes. The large internal bathroom is combined as a private laundry with washing machine and dryer. The unit has lovely polished floors and is in a small complex of only three units with public transport only metres away. It is a short stroll to shops, cafes and the beachfront, Alma Bay and Arcadia Hotel.
