A short snowmobile ride to the trails or cozy stay by the fire with a view

Enjoy this secluded cottage on a dead end seasonal road in the woods. In the evening enjoy a campfire or gather around the patio and enjoy each other's company.We have a grill and Blackstone with all cooking utensils and a picnic table. It is only a 5 to 10 min walk to a small beach area for swimming fishing or boating. There is a paddle boat,row boat, canoe, 2 kayaks and life jackets for you to enjoy. There is also a small play ground, basketball court and baseball/kickball field. Feel free to bring your recreational vehicles to get around the small community or enjoy a nice walk. We are located near many places to check out, darien lake and letchworth state park are both 30 min away. Niagara falls is 1 hour away. Ellicottville skiing resort is 45 min. Arcade &Attica train is 10 min. There are also many golf courses in the area.
The cottage is equipped with pretty much everything you would need for cooking and the beds are all ready for a good night sleep with black out blinds. There is also a dishwasher and washer and dryer. On the cold night there is a cozy wood stove to keep you warm or on the hot nights enjoy air-conditioning in the bedrooms. There is a loft with 2 cot mattresses a twin bed and a couple air mattresses that kids really enjoy. There are 2 bedrooms one with a queen and a twin bed and the other with a king bed both with fresh linens.
