Fantastic beautiful “glamping” location a short drive or bike ride from many beaches and great for families with small kids.

Équipe très sympathique et professionnelle. Pour un séjour hors saison, nous avons apprécié la proximité du camping du centre-ville en revanche tarifs élevés de la location des vélos électriques (ça monte et descend beaucoup, pas évident pour des petits). Pour ce qui est de la roulotte qui était bien équipée et aménagée, la qualité de la literie du grand lit était passable (même si on ne s’attend pas à un lit d’hôtel 4 étoiles…). Et nous avons eu la surprise de bestioles dans les toilettes et la cuisine qui creusaient les cloisons créant des amas de bois/plastique. Pas de quoi hurler mais à signaler.

La tente trappeur était très sympa, mes ados et moi avons adoré. Personnel hyper sympa et plein d'attentions. Vélos à louer, commande de viennoiseries etc. Le site est magnifique, on se croirait en pleine forêt. La seul gros bémol (mais je m'adresse ici à la plateforme expédia) c'est que j'aurais aimé savoir AVANT de réserver que les draps/serviettes et le ménage étaient des options PAYANTES. Je trouve cela à la limite de la malhonnêteté de parler d'"hôtel" lors de la réservation dans ce cas.

Bien entretenu, le site est magnifique. On se sent vraiment « coupes du monde ». Le personnel est très agréable. C’est un cadre vraiment idéal pour tout le monde y compris les familles. Les animaux de compagnie sont acceptés. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et n’hésiterons pas à revenir

Pas satisfait

Environnement agréable mais c’est le seul point positif du camping. Les chalets ne sont pas très récents et la propreté laisse à désirer. De plus il faut payer plein de supplément comme les draps qui au final sont juste posé sur les lits… En résumé, on a l’impression de payer le lieu et c’est tout

Un week end reposant au sein de ce camping. Un cadre calme, à seulement 25 mins à pied du centre ville d’Arcachon. Un personnel accueillant et une piscine très agréable avec ces chaudes températures. Seul bémol: la propreté du bungalow dépendant en partie des locataires d’avant et la nécessité d’amener ses propres draps (non mentionné avant réservation) Hormis cela je recommande l’expérience, nous reviendront probablement dans un camping de cette chaîne !
