Our waterfront apartment offers panoramic views of the Arcachon Bay with direct beach access. Located 400m from the town center, this 68m² apartment is on the second floor of a building with an elevator and features a large 23m² terrace and a secure parking space (253.5m wide and 195m high). It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a bright living room, two bedrooms, one with a double bed (140cm) and the other with two single beds (80cm) that can be combined into a queen-size bed (160cm), a bathroom, and a shower room (shower only) with toilet. Terrace with garden furniture. Electric heating. Private covered parking in the building (one space for a small vehicle). Bed linens (beds made upon arrival) and kitchen linens are included in the price. Towels are available for rent (for a fee). Tourist tax is an additional charge. A specific cleaning deposit of €200 is payable upon arrival and will be cashed if necessary after the departure inventory. The cottage does not have internet access.
