Apartment St Arnaud- Beaches and center on foot

It comprises :
Living area: lounge with TV, dining area and comfortable sofa bed.
A fully-equipped kitchen: microwave/grill, hob, fridge, small dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, coffeemaker and all you need for your meals.
Sleeping area: bedroom with recent double bed (140 cm) and large closet.
A modern bathroom with walk-in shower and vanity unit, accessible from the bedroom.
Separate WC for added comfort.

Outside areas: A small loggia where you can store your bikes or other equipment (please note that the bikes shown in the photo are not included in the rental price). There's also an east-facing balcony, ideal for enjoying quiet mornings.

Additional comfort:

Reversible air conditioning for optimum comfort in all seasons.
Wi-Fi connection included.

Household linen is included in the cleaning service:

l'appartement est idéalement situé et nous avons apprécié la clim! La cuisine est tres bien équipée et la salle de bain fonctionnelle. Le balcon est un plus ! Petit bemole pour la litterie du cliclac et les oreillers
