「Appartement propre mais télévision qui fonctionne très très mal. Impossible de suivre les programmes en cette période de fête. Et AUCUNE PRISE EN COMPTE du problème de la part d'un responsable. Aucun déplacement pour venir se rendre compte. (Prétexte : voiture en panne) . Apparemment ne connaît pas les locations de voitures ! Aucune excuse, non plus ! J'attends un dédommagement !」

「The best thing about the apartment was the location being right by the train station, and we got the room on the first floor. However, the trash was full and extremely smelly when we arrived there were no trash bags for us to place in the trashcan and we ran out of toilet paper. The check out instructions, state cleaning expectations yet there was nothing in the apartment to clean with. Communicating with the with the property manager was extremely difficult, because he did not speak English.」

「Overall we were pleased with this property. It was comfortable and the location was extremely convenient, with tram linking to the old part of Bordeaux and the train to the airport. Our only issue was the smell from the shower drain: we suspect a drain pipe was missing or incorrectly installed because a strong sewer smell nearly overwhelmed at times. We hope this is easily fixable for future clients.」
