「日本人の方へ 広く、内装が新しく、綺麗なホテル（というかアパートメント）でおすすめです。 フォトウェディングのため広い部屋を探していましたが、ドレスへの着替えをしても余るスペースです。清掃や備品の補充は退室までなかったので、日本人からすると気持ちが楽だと思います（笑）移動の都合上1階を選びましたが、2階以上はコモ湖の北側が見えそうです。 スタッフが不在のため、チェックイン等はレンノの船着場の目の前のアルベルゴホテルです。事前メッセージや現地のいろいろ、とても親切に対応していただけました。ぜひまた泊まりたいです！Thank you！ ホテルの話ではないですが、バス移動が大変です。ホテルまでの道が基本1本しかないので、事故等あると通行止みたいなもので、到着までかなり時間がかかりますのでご注意を。」

We spoilt the hair dryer before we checked out, but could not inform the office as we checked out very early in the morning and the office was closed. The next day, I received an email informing us that they charged CHF500 to my credit card for spoiling the hair dryer and the TV. This is ridiculous. Their email mentioned that they gave us a perfectly working TV before we checked in. How can they accuse us for spoiling the TV a few minutes...

「We loved our stay! The house suited our needs for our 2 night stay in Lake Como and we loved the proximity to a lovely hike over the peninsula and away from the "touristy" spots of Lake Como. A couple notes... the pool view is not the view from the house and there is actually a house in most of the view of the house with only a side view of the lake out of the main window so that was a disappointment and honestly a bit deceiving based on the pictures.
