This hotel was located in a very nice area, close to shopping, train stations and historical sights. Staff was very friendly. Room was large and spacious, compared to other hotels I stayed at in Japan. The cafe served a delicious breakfast (not included)

The location of the hotel is perfect! The room itself is very nice. However, there was never any staff at the front desk. We were emailed a manual on how to use the washing machine, but our machine was different than in the manual, and it was difficult to figure it out. Also, the water in the shower was hard to figure out. There were no instructions on that, and once we figured out how it worked, we never figured out how to get warm water, so we had to shower with cool water the whole time we were there.

"I had no idea what I was getting into. This is a super cool hotel if you want a true Japanese Onsen experience. "This was my favorite stay in Japan. We stayed on the 12th floor with the most picturesque view of Tokyo tower. The amenities were perfect and the location was perfect as it is located in the Kyoto station. Highly recommend. The staff was also amazing."
