Friendly and helpful reception staff on arrival. Room very clean, if a little small, but perfect for a short break. Well equiped shared kitchen and sitting room. Location great as a base to explore the city. Check-in information needs updating as it says after 5pm you need to contact them to arrange, also contact phone number did not work.

Broken cabinets, no remote for television, no hand towels. Staff was friendly but asked for remote and access to game room and got reply. Often no one available at the desk at all.

Excellent! Hopefully they offer fans next stay. This heatwave is no joke
