"The house is in excellent condition. All modern stuff. Only had two problems which I thought was minor. Ice maker did not work and the high humidity affected the electronic lock/unlock front door. The host fixed the door quickly and explain that sometimes when they get high humidity water gets in there and messes it up. "This property deserves all the 5 star reviews it gets. My children called it "magical." It's a quiet setting with a marsh (tree frogs on the windows at night were a treat) and a small beach perfect for building sandcastles. We appreciated the use of the 2 stand up paddleboards, crab pots, and steamer. Decorated to a high standard with quality linens. It was lovely to go out on the dock at night and see stars and to sit at the firepit. Great communication, easy check in and reasonable check out...
