"Very disappointing stay. The rooms were nothing like the photos shown online. The windows had steel grills, which made the space feel more like a jail cell than a comfortable room. Overall, a very bad experience."

"View from Classic double room sea view are covered by gloomy old tree so I asked them to change the room. They assigned me somewhat smaller but upper floor room but view from the room satisfied me enough. All staffs work good but some receptionists are somewhat blunt. Amenities are old and poor but ..."
