I stopped Yerevan 1 night to see Khor Virap and arrived from Tbilisi at evening time.
I asked staff to arrange car and they arranged it so smoothly with various suggestions.

"It was very difficult to communicate with the hotel by email or Expedia message. And the given info (eg. swimming pool towel related, frequency of room towels/linens changes) by the manager and the staff were different, and confused/uncomfortable feelings I had. TV problem was not handled even the front staff said to send somebody (no show), and other issues that I faced. Some staff were helpful and some points I had positive impressions, however, negative impression became more than positive ones, sad to say."
