「It is very inconvenient that the only way to contact the hotel is by phone. Given the hotel's proximity to an international airport, I hope you will consider that many international travelers may not have access to phone services in the United States. I strongly encourage the hotel to provide alternative communication options, such as email or online messaging, to better accommodate international guests.」

I was on floor 3 and had to stand to really see the ocean. The TVs didn’t work and when they switched my room the TV only had a couple...

「Very close to Billy Jean Tennis Center. A nice place to stay if you plan on watching US OPEN. Neighborhood is packed with Chinese restaurants and the majority here is definitely Chinese. There are several supermarkets in the vicinity. The hotel provides breakfast. Simple but just good enough. I liked the steamed pork bun. The room is OK, but the shower curtain stinks and you can smell the odor in the bedroom if you keep the bathroom door open.」
