Nice hotel its new. The property does not know how to use expedia properly they made us pay an extra balance when we were there even though it was fully paid on expedia we didnt want to keep arguing so we paid it but he did not understand expedia has a service charge that it takes from the booking.

The building itself is new and the rooms are very nice. The restaurant is a disaster, with staff who understand little or no english. We were the only guests, and we waited an hour for our food. The drinks arrived after the food even though we had asked for it several times. They serve no alkohol, so forget about a beer with your meal. My impression is that thos is a hotel for locals. The breakfast was disappointing. Only local stuff. No bread except for arabic bread. The hotel is not at the besch. Uou need a csr to get to the beach.

硬體設施可以，但櫃檯人員訓練不足。

應該是一間新的飯店，訂房網站上面提供的地址資訊有問題，旅館附近的道路沒有出現在地圖上。 訂房的時候網站顯示兩張加大單人床，但是實際上單人床的大小大概像船艙裡的單人床，十分狹窄，而所謂的升級房型，比我訂的另外一間沒有升級的還要小，而海景房也只看到一點點範圍的海。 晚上向櫃檯要了冰塊，但顯然是忘記了，過了半小時我們又打了一次電話。 最令人不愉快的事，早上在游泳池沒有看到提供毛巾的地方，也沒有工作人員，所以向櫃檯人員反應，而櫃檯就在游泳池旁邊，櫃檯人員卻動也不動，請我們自己去找工作人員。
