Summary:
Wake up to the sound of waves in this charming beachfront home just steps from Rio Del Mar State Beach (Permit #251199). Perfect for up to 4 guests, it features 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 bathroom, a cozy living room with a sofa sleeper, and a fully upgraded, custom-built kitchen. Relax on the patio steps from the sand, or unwind on the spacious rooftop deck with panoramic ocean views. Ideal for a relaxing coastal escape!

The Space:
- Comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests
- 1 bedrooms - 1 Queen bed
- Queen size sofa sleeper located in the living room
- 1 bathroom
- There is no reserved parking space for this home. There is free parking on the street, however a space can be hard to come by during the busy months.
- Fully stocked kitchen w/ drip coffee maker
- Living room
- Back patio with outdoor seating, a wood burning fire pit (BYOFW bring your own fire wood!), and an outdoor shower
- Roof top deck with breathtaking ocean views, plenty of outdoor seating, and a BBQ

- No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced)
- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.
- Smart TVs with streaming capabilities.
- NO PETS
- For safety reasons, the fireplaces are not permitted for use.
- Outdoor activities are prohibited between 9PM-8AM

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home, except one storage closet that is reserved for owners storage.

The Neighborhood:
Aptos is a coastal gem nestled in Santa Cruz County. With its stunning beaches, including Rio del Mar and Seacliff State Beach, it's a haven for sun-seekers and surf enthusiasts. This charming town boasts a laid-back vibe, a mix of boutique shops, and a vibrant dining scene, making it a perfect destination for a relaxing vacation. The iconic Cement Ship at Seacliff Beach is a must-see, and nearby forested parks like Nisene Marks offer hiking and biking trails. Aptos combines natural beauty, small-town charm, and easy access to the Santa Cruz Boardwalk, creating an ideal coastal escape for visitors.

This is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property.

Other Things to Note:
- While there is no reserved parking space for this home, you can find free street parking nearby. Please note that during busier months, finding a spot can be a bit more challenging.
- We have landscapers, pest service, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you.
- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.
- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.
