"We had 6 couples (12 adults) so we enjoyed king beds and 6 bedrooms. The gathering spaces of the kitchen, living areas, and back porch were extremely accommodating for our big group. We found several items lacking such as lacking enough bath towels, leaky toilet, electrical outlets not working, and a few other items; however, these were just inconveniences and didn't ruin our stay. The support staff at Horseshoebay Living were extremely nice."

"We had a wonderful time. The house, yard and amenities were better than in the pictures. Beds were comfortable, host was gracious and quick to respond to any questions or needs we had. There were 7 of us with 2 dogs and never felt like we were crowded. Great place and we will be back"

"We stayed 12 nights during the Thanksgiving holiday, the place was nice but we had several problems. The thermostat was locked out needing a pin to change settings. We messaged the host first night and he unlocked it for a few hours then it was locked out again. We messaged him the next day but never heard back till our last night. The temperature in Marble Falls went from the 70’s to low 50’s and we couldn’t change the thermostat. So 10 days/nights without being able to control the temperature in the condo. The second day we found ants in the kitchen, again messaged the host but didn’t hear back for 10 days from host. We wiped everything down but the ants kept coming back. The dedicated 2 parking spaces barely heald my full size truck making it very difficult to get in/out. Chances are we would not book this place again "

"This was an amazing place to spend Thanksgiving for our extended family - 10 adults and 6 kids (3-17). The homes are nicely updated and very clean. Kitchens had most of what we needed. We had all meals at the house. Plenty of sleeping options with very comfortable beds and easy to run from one house to the other. We had the pool/spa heated (extra cost) and we enjoyed it often. It's gorgeous at night with the lights. Beautiful to kayak down the creek to the lake and look at all the gorgeous homes. Both homes have fire pits and outdoor tvs and plenty of outdoor seating. Kids totally enjoyed fishing off the dock (bring your rods). The playground is exceptional and totally fenced! Most importantly, the host (Horseshoe Bay) was always immediately responsive and helpful regarding the minor issues and questions we had - even over the holiday. Short drive to Sweet Berry Farm which was fantastic for the kids and had beautiful strawberries for picking. For indoor activities we thoroughly enjoyed Putters and Gutters in Marble Falls. So clean and so many fun activities for kids and adults. Wonderful stay all around! Highly recommend for a large group. "
