"Amazing hotel off the Parkway but close and easy get to it. Well kept, great staff. Nice and quiet. Hotel is older but provides great rooms and great prices. This is our 2nd year to stay there for National Quartet Convention and will stay when return at some point."

"It is a beautiful resort...loved having trolly back and forth to Dollywood. I found the room a bit on smaller side. Only thing they had was a bunk bed room, I took it even tho it was just 2 of us, but with 2 room was small, can't imagine adding kids into the room too. We weren't in our room alot, but it felt small"

"We had such a great stay at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We especially loved how dog-friendly the hotel was, which made our stay even better. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again! !"

"Overall it was a nice place, beds were good, my husband has a bad back and he slept great. Only one thing that I found not so good was the shower had no water pressure and there was hair all over the bathroom. Other than that it was a good experience."

"We enjoyed the atmosphere they have. The rooms were clean staff were friendly and breakfast was delicious. The only thing don’t like is they changed my mango slaw. It is terrible now use to be one thing I look forward to getting when I come there. I been there five times."

"The place was in a great location to go to Dollywood. Quick 15 minute drive. The carpet had a spot that was coming up and it could use a little updating. Everyone that worked there were super nice and friendly. Beautiful view. Loved having the kitchen and the washer and dryer. We would stay there again."
