Top Appalachian Mountains Hotel Reviews
Compass Hotel by Margaritaville
10/10 Excellent
"We had a wonderful time and had full access of the handicap lift in every pool. The staff and the maintenance department were absolutely charming. Anytime we needed to go swimming and needed a battery for the lift maintenance was immediately there and super friendly. There was plenty of room under the beds in the ADA rooms for our hoyer lift. I really enjoyed seeing people with their pets even though we left ours at home, it's wonderful knowing that they allow pets. The Continental breakfast is on point. No need to go anywhere else for breakfast unless you're just really picky, but it is all there. The property is absolutely impeccable! It made it hard to leave to go look at the sites."

"Very nice hotel in downtown knoxville. Parking is pricey, but you can park in The Locust street Public parking deck, which is one street over, for a quarter the price. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Venue is well maintained and in a nice central location in downtown knoxville. My only problem was about 3:30 In the morning, the fan on the air conditioner started making a horrendous noise and it made it very hard to sleep even with earplug in. If I wasn't preparing to leave in the next couple hours, I probably would have asked to move rooms, but by the time I moved rooms, it'd be time for me to pack up, start heading out. I did inform staff checkout and they said they would have someone look into it."
