"Expedia booked all rooms in Soco Tower which in my opinion is very old and needss updating. The halls and rooms smell of smoke. It definitely does something to your allergies , my Husband and I both had issues with stuffy and runny nose. We ended ip switching rooms because the bed had a huge dent in it and you could feel the springs in it. This was on the 2nd floor. We also could never get the temp adjusted so 1st night we froze because the bed barely had anything on it. They need better cable even if you just wanted to relax nothing was available to watch and it kep going out. The restaurants alot of them don't open until 4pm. After reading reviews it made those options even more limited. Attempted aracade twice after walking forever to get to it 1st night closed bc of private party next day walked over again closed till 3. Casino was just what it was, I will say that Harrahs is beautiful inside and out and we enjoyed sitting outside by the firepits and having coffee by huge fireplace in the inside.
Overall, I don't think i would return to this location to stay overnight and if I do I will request Cherokee tower which is newly built. But i do hope they get better places for you to eat. It feels good to be home, checked out bright and early."
