"The property is beautiful! That said checking in is a pain. The loading area in front of the lobby is very poorly marked, with several valets screaming to move to the left lane. My truck doesn’t float, and I told them that firmly. Then when you do check in you need to make sure you park in the right tower, or you’ll be walking 3000 steps to your room with your luggage. The interior is also terrible for navigation, no maps, spotty at best signs. You’ll see many other guests just as lost as you! Then the elevator, which you’ll need your room key for. No signs, no mention at check in. You’ll also get the chance to help other guests figure that out. With that out of the way, you’ll enjoy your time here. The food court is almost all Gordon Ramsay recipes, done grab n go style rather than his traditional sit down. There’s several sit down options including Ruth’s Chris and Guy Fieris grill. The casino is smoke free, though there is a smokers area. The game selection is good, though I’d appreciate more of the “one arm bandit” type slots. Plenty of table games, and a huge sports book. Overall I recommend 2 things. Get nice comfy shoes, and go visit Harrahs Cherokee!"
