"Excellent property with nice amenities and views. Somewhat isolated from downtown, but the Gatlinburg shuttle overcomes that. The only complaint is that on checkout, we were charged over $18 per day for parking. This additional charge should have been disclosed at booking and included in the total cost of the stay. "

The only improvements I would suggest are. 1) the shower head was surprisingly bad - really hard to shower with such little water flow. 2) would have been nice to have a microwave in the room but we survived without it. and 3) there was no obvious place to hang up our hand towel in the bathroom. other than that, great hotel stay. "Everything was fantastic from check in/out experience to the location. The only thing to note that was negative is we booked this room for the indoor pool only to find out at the property it was closed. It wasnt something that will keep us from booking again, just an inconvenience. "
