「We had a calm and relaxing mountain get a way. The property was charming and perfect for us, clean and organized. The location was great. We loved to go for walks nearby and visit the gnomes and fairies in the trees. We would love to make it an annual trip and would definitely stay here again.」

「Host had great communications, the area is very nice but remote with activities spread around. Property was exceptionally clean, but keep in mind that the rental is on the second floor and the stairs are very steep to access it.」

「We got a text before arriving that our condo was ready for an earlier check-in. The property was ideally located in Biltmore Village. Beds were very comfortable and it was quiet. The management company had left a starter kit with coffee. The only problem we had was with the TV, we could’nt get the cable to turn on. We called and they sent someone out almost right away to remedy the situation. I will definitely stay there again if I go to Ashville.」

「Place was just a described and perfect for a weekend of riding @ Bryce Bike Park. The trails were literally right outside the back door! So convenient to drop in, grab a drink and a snack, cool off in the AC, and then head back onto the trails. The remodeled condo was modern, clean, and had everything we needed. Everything worked as expected. Host was quick to respond and helpful answering questions. Highly recommended and we'll be looking to stay here the next time we visit Bryce.」

「Photos and commentary didn’t convey to me that this was an “apartment” on the 3rd floor of a large building. Signage was sparse and unclear, and we didn’t find an elevator until day 2. Description suggests a 20 minute walk to Dollywood … unachievable. I tried to contact the owner/manager via email prior to arrival; no response. Condo was very nice, everything was clean and worked.」

「Great views from the top of Sugar Mountain! We came for the Highland Games and it was a perfect location. Not to mention the temperature which was 20* cooler than where we live. Will definitely be back!」
