「The condo was in a great location, beautiful views of the mountains. We saw black bears everyday, which was a highlight of staying there. Nicely located in between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg so either town has lots to do, or you can easily explore the National Park. Host was very quick and thorough with instructions. Great Stay!」

「Spacious Condo with beautiful Mountain Views. Very kid friendly with a game room and playroom closet. The complex also has a pool that your children will love. The hosts are very friendly and are quick to respond to communications. We saw bears almost daily, which brought my children great delight. We would definitely stay here again.」

「Had everything we needed」

「Place was just a described and perfect for a weekend of riding @ Bryce Bike Park. The trails were literally right outside the back door! So convenient to drop in, grab a drink and a snack, cool off in the AC, and then head back onto the trails. The remodeled condo was modern, clean, and had everything we needed. Everything worked as expected. Host was quick to respond and helpful answering questions. Highly recommended and we'll be looking to stay here the next time we visit Bryce.」

「Photos and commentary didn’t convey to me that this was an “apartment” on the 3rd floor of a large building. Signage was sparse and unclear, and we didn’t find an elevator until day 2. Description suggests a 20 minute walk to Dollywood … unachievable. I tried to contact the owner/manager via email prior to arrival; no response. Condo was very nice, everything was clean and worked.」

「We really enjoyed our three night stay at the cozy bear condo on top of the mountain in the Gatlinburg area. The condo was lovely, clean, quiet and stocked with all the kitchen appliances towels, bedding, toiletries, games everything you could need to enjoy a quiet, peaceful mountain getaway. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and the property was well maintained. It was just a quick 10 minute drive down the mountain to be right in town. We even got to see a few bears a coyote and some wild...
