"First of all, Kostas our host was a gem. His English is limited but that’s part of traveling, right? The room was clean and ready on our arrival and the bathroom had clearly been updated very recently. It had all the basics needed. The view from our outdoor terrace was idyllic. "Petali felt like home by the end of our stay! The view is unbeatable and the location was perfect for us. You can easily walk to shops and restaurants, but would recommend a car for beach hopping. "If you want magic, you’ve found it! A short walk to Kamare but you feel like you’ve stepped into another world. The rooms tuck into the hillside like hobbit warrens. The smell of jasmine, roses, lemons and herbs fills the air, towering mountains and the sun setting over the sea complete the heavenly scene. Breakfast is next level and never disappoints! The bus stop is right across the street and can connect you to other parts of the island, making exploring easy. Maria also hooked me up with an all day private tour with Christina! Do it! It was fabulous!!!"
