"We stayed at this location as it was close to the airport. Staff were very helpful and once checked out we were still able to use the pool as our flight was later at night time. They also offered us a shuttle to the airport"

I was picked up from the airport as it is only a few minutes away which was great, however the driver and associate were unpleasant and carried a lot of negative energy. Some staff at the hotel were great including middle agent gentleman working when we checked out. He was courteous and professional. "The customer is excellent. They were very accommodating, even providing us with extra slippers. The bathroom was cleaned thoroughly. There was also a doorman who carried all our luggage’s up which removed all the extra hassle."

"This was one of the worst properties iv stayed in. Area is 1hr from hcm central. Check in was confusing. Staff unhelpful and poor English so communication was difficult Signs out the front foyer says rooms are banned from air bnb type bookings . So doesn’t really make for a comfortable stay . Would never book again Also dirty and not cleaned well"
