「So this hotel had the potential for 5 stars for its range but didn’t make it. First I contacted the hotel repeatedly to ask questions and the Expedia system crashed so I didn’t get any reply. That’s sad - and annoying - but I also emailed them directly. The hotel has a little kitchen with a hob. Very sparsely furnished with cups at and absolutely no cleaning stuff. 「2.5/5 — Disappointing stay Unfortunately, this was not a great stay overall. When we first arrived in our room, there was no electricity, which was a very disappointing start. We also went through three different fridges during our stay. The reception staff were generally not very responsive, with the exception of Mr Ali, who was helpful and stood out from the rest of the team. 「Broken shower pipe in a very small shower cubicle too. Went to reception yold them about the shower pipe and told me they would fix it. 24 hours later not fixed so changed rooms. Shower in the changed room working but lukewarm water. Not good at all. Internet wifi connection very bad. No connection at all most times even when sat in the lobby. No cleaner turned up on our last day of stay so no clean towels or bedding and on top of that very dusty floor tiles」
