「Ottimo appartamento situato nel centro di Velletri, distante circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione. Catia, la proprietaria, è stata sin da subito disponibilissima nel rispondere a delle mie domande e a consigliarmi come muovermi in paese, fornendomi anche delle convenzioni con alcune attività commerciali locali. 「The location of this property is truly its best feature. It is situated in a fantastic spot within the village and offers a particularly beautiful view. Unfortunately, the state of the house itself was a major disappointment.Upon arrival, we found the house in an unacceptable condition.
