This was the most amazing stay. We spotted this hotel from the outside 2 weeks earlier and reserved. It is a museum and epic adventure. The staff at every station were truly kind and concerned with our every need. The room is outstanding. Dining is wonderful. Welcome massage was divine.

I paid for a premium cabin and they tired to put us in a town house. Awful is an understatement. After an hour and half we got the ‘premium cabin’ and there was nothing premium about it! Had hole in the shower roof, all the furnishings were dirty, broken and hanging off. Only stayed one night out ...
