「I was pretty surprised at the quality of the room and the service/staff level with this price range. The room was clean and the design was very pretty. When I checked in the room I noticed the AC is not working, so I went to the reception and told about that. The receptionist immediately prepared me a upgrated (!) room with no additional cost so that was a really good deal. When I moved the upgraded room, a dog was barking (and kept barking for about 2 hours) in a room next to my room. Then...

「Toffe, moderne accomodaties. Netjes, geen ruime kamers maar alles is aanwezig. De ligging is perfect, het station en centrum van Mechelen makkelijk te voet bereikbaar. Ligging aan drukke straat geeft zeker geen geluidsoverlast. Parkeergelegenheid onder het hotel: veilig, makkelijk bereikbaar en kost 15€ per verblijf. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Mooie troef: gratis koffie, thee, fris water en een koekje erbij verkrijgbaar in de lobby van het hotel!」

「とてもスタッフが気さくで親切にしてもらいました。チェックアウト後のロッカーの鍵の開け方がわからずスタッフを呼びましたが気持ちよく対応してもらえました。 また、コーヒーやバーを使うときもとても気持ちよく対応してもらいました。 部屋はとても清潔で、駅にも近く朝食も良かったです。またアントワープに行く時は利用させていただきたいです。ありがとうございました。」

「The room is very clean and comfortable, and staffs are all kind and friendly. The hotel is a bit far from the Antwerp central station however, there is a park next the hotel, and the river Esco is near to the hotel and give me beautiful scenely and I could be relaxed. I'd like to reccomend B&B hotel Zuid to everybody.」

「静かで快適に過ごせました。ファミリールームは広さもあり、家族連れにはお勧めです。ただ、駐車場の入口がわかりづらいです。ホテル正面入り口を設定すると到達できません。」
