Villa Despotiko is a luxurious 6 bedroom villa with pool situated upon a hill just above the tranquil bay of Agios Georgios, in the south part of Antiparos island, just a few minutes drive from the main town and port of Antiparos. Crystal clear beaches and some restaurants can be reached easily by a short drive or by walking down the hill. This traditional Cycladic villa provides guests exclusive hospitality and offers absolute relaxation while enjoying the spectacular sunrise views early morning and sunset views in the evening over the Aegean sea and surrounding islands.

Villa Despotiko is built on 3 levels.
The main level of the property features a large living space with lounge, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen leading onto a shaded pergola area with BBQ and breakfast table. Two steps lower, an outdoor lounge and dining area welcome you to enjoy al fresco dinners and relax. On the same level there is a master ensuite bedroom (super king size) with private sea view balcony and a double guest bedroom (super king size) with built-in sofa and private bathroom.
A staircase leads down to the lower level of the villa with laundry facilities and another master ensuite bedroom (double 1.60) with private kitchenette and outdoor veranda on the same level with the swimming pool overlooking the surrounding islands. The L-shaped infinity pool is surrounded by comfortable sun deck chairs, loungers and a sofa and is part-shaded. There is also an outdoor shower.
The upper level of the house comprises a master ensuite bedroom (super king size) with private balcony with spectacular sea views, a double guest bedroom (super king size) with built-in sofa and a large private outdoor sea view lounge, a twin bedroom and a family bathroom.
All rooms feature ceiling fans and air-condition.

Upon your arrival, a rich welcome basket awaits you with exclusive greek wines and delicacies.

For your days on the beach we offer beach towels and sun umbrellas.

Cleaning service 3 times/week, fresh towels are provided twice a week and change of bed linen once a week (extra cleaning upon request and at an extra cost).

We also offer concierge services for any other requests you might have, eg. grocery shopping upon arrival, private boat rental, restaurant reservations, transfer etc.
