"First the positive. This is an opportunity in a beautiful setting to view nature and stars, and there was a great hiking trail. However, check the phases of the moon before booking. With an almost full moon, the stars were no clearer than in developed areas. The wifi worked sporadically, if at all, and there is no cell service. We asked staff to look into this and they were unhelpful. We were told to book activities through a qr code, but without wifi, this could not be done. There was a refrigerator and coffee pods but little else when it comes to amenities in the room. There was only one chair inside to view the sky. For this price, we expected more."

"For as busy as Ruby's is, the staff were very attentive and helpful. The General Store had everything a traveler might need, the laundramat was kept clean and the machines all worked. It was a very.convenient place to stay in relation to the park. Thanks, to the staff for a well run business."
