Ideally located in a small quiet street in La Pined and in the heart of Juan-les-Pins, this villa is surrounded by a large landscaped garden of 300 m2 with a large Jacuzzi, a covered terrace with a dining table for 8 people and a Weber barbecue. Beautiful living spaces are distributed in this single storey villa and offer you all the necessary comfort for an ideal stay. A dining room that can accommodate up to 8 people seated, a fully equipped American kitchen, a master bedroom with its own shower room, a secondary bedroom with a large bathroom and shower as well as a studio adjoining the bedroom. villa, consisting of its office space and its own shower room. Finally, a desk with a sofa bed can be used as an extra bed.



You can enjoy the nocturnal effervescence of the seaside and the tasting of the fish of the day during a dinner with your feet in the sand.

Perfect house in Juan les Pins

It has been wonderful. The villa is really great to accommodate a big family. The location allows you to walk to beach and every shops nearby in Juan les pins. Having such a calm stay so close to the city center is something quite special.

Great location

Stayed a week mid February and we were blessed with glorious weather. The property is in a great location to explore the area of Juan les pins and the cities nearby. Only a few tourists during the day, lovely and quiet on a night and just only a matter of minutes from the market, cafes and restaurants, town centre and beaches. We were 6 adults and the accommodation was great with the little studio separated.

Fantastic villa right in the heart of Juan Les Pins so a short walk to the beach and the restaurants and shops. Quiet at night despite central location. Fantastic Air Conditioning, which we really needed in August. Very well equipped kitchen and nice bathrooms. Also a really pretty small garden.

Parfaite pour un séjour dans le sud

Maison en plein centre et facile d'accès. La villa est parfaitement équipée, il ne manque rien. Un cahier avec toutes les indications sur la maison et les alentours est à disposition. L' hôte est disponible et très gentil. Je recommande vraiment cette villa pour un séjour dans le sud.

Great, more than what we expected !

The villa corresponded well with the photos. It actually exceeded our expectations. We loved eating dinner on the terrace and the jacuzzi in the garden is lovely. The location is perfect, 3 minutes walk to beaches, boutiques, restaurants & grocery stores. We were received by Jules who was very helpful. He even organized a day trip on a boat for us, it was great ! Thank you !
