"The room had a double bed, a small drink bar, a small clothes hanger, a tight bathroom, and a chair. Everything was super clean and the service was amazing. "Highly recommend opting for half board—the food was genuinely wonderful. Staff were incredibly attentive, the pools were super clean and enjoyable, and the entire property was spotlessly maintained. The only weak spot would be the bartending skills (tried 2 cocktails in 2 different bars and was disappointed), but given how fantastic everything else was, it hardly ruined the experience."

"Everyone is so friendly. We loved it so much and visited twice in 3 months. The man who works in the BBQ restaurant during the day is a literal gem. He always took care of us. The staff in the hotel were always ready to assist us. I absolutely love coming here. The pools are so relaxing, the vibes are really nice."

"We had a great time at Swandor Topkapi. It was fresh, very clean, and had lots of activities at the hotel. We would like to thank all the staff, especially Çoşkun bey at the main restaurant who always served us with a big smile and very fast. Lovely beach, and especially a lovely deck at the beach. The negative part is that during our stay (July) the number of guests at the hotel was a bit too high for its capacity. Wherever you went, there were lots of people everywhere. The restaurant always felt stressful and we kept bumping into other guests. Animation, sunbeds, etc. were always full if you weren’t early."

"Its was a pleasant stay except for the housekeeping, which was extremely poor. We stays there 8 nights and they barely took the time to clean the rooms each day. Some days we walk in a find it cleaned to the bare bare minimum bed made, not even glasses washed properly and multiple days we found our pj's thrown on the floor"

"We enjoyed our stay at the resort. The pool was well maintained by staff. The rooms were clean and cleaning staff is extremely helpful. The beach was very accessible and the shows were great for the kids and versatile. However, the food’s cleanliness was to be questioned, as one of us had food poisoning. I suggest avoiding sushi and food that has been sitting for a long time. Another thing that ruined our experience is the reception gave us the wrong color bracelet and we found out on our last day. There was also one of the staff who worked in the hair braiding spot who would give us dirty looks for no reason which we did not appreciate. Overall we’d rate a 4/5."
