The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and the large pools and variety of restaurants really make the experience special. There are definitely many pros, and I feel the hotel is worth the price. There are only a few small things that could be improved. "The location is brilliant and although situated near bars, it was not noisey at night. The room was clean as well the bathroom. The breakfast was good. We didn't use the pool but it seemed really clean. The massive dislike we had was the birds which were in very small cages with nothing to do. I would really ask the hotel to rethink this as it is not okay. I understand that these birds can never be returned to the wild, so please invest in bigger cages with more things to do as this is cruel! I did not mark down the stars for this hotel for this as it is an educational thing but I would not stay here again due to this."
