On my arrival I was greeted by a gentleman who informed me he’s name was Ali I followed the instructions sent in order to access the suite Ali was most helpful in assisting me The suite was extremely clean and tidy with everything you would need appliances and utensils wise On my stay over the course of 4 days I observed the house keepers vigourously cleaning suites with pride and a duty of care I commend them thank you ladies my suite was spotless Ali showed integrity in his duties and a sense of pride .. I know this type character My over all stay was superb close to everything you need and I would like to thank everyone there at Lou suite D Thompson

Very disappointing stay. I would not recommend this hotel. * Two major power outages (July 9 & 13, about 9 a.m.–5 p.m.). No electricity, running water or air conditioning, and our room was left in complete darkness because the electric shutters could not be opened. * Management provided no effective help, backup solution or compensation. * Poor cleanliness throughout the hotel. * Our sofa bed was broken on arrival. It took 4 days to move us to another room with a usable one. * The apartment used a gas cylinder for cooking. When it ran out, the replacement was delayed so long that we had to eat at a restaurant. * No reception or staff before 9 a.m. or after 5 p.m., making it difficult to get help. * Outside these hours, the only contact was via WhatsApp, and replies were often slow or ignored. * The main entrance was frequently left unlocked, allowing non-guests to enter the building. This was a serious security concern and made us feel unsafe. * Communication from management was inconsistent and unreliable. * The kitchen lacked basic utensils such as glasses, spoons and forks. Pots and pans were old and badly worn, and we had to request replacements. * Overall, the hotel offers a very poor standard of accommodation and falls far below expectations. Based on our experience, we strongly do not recommend staying here.

Lokasyon mükemmel, mahalle gayet sakin ve nezih. Oda içerisinde aydınlatmalardan dekorasyona, çarşaflardan sunulan sarf malzemelerine çok çok muntazam ve üst seviyedeydi! çok çok memnun kaldık, görevli ablalar çok kibar ve güler yüzlüydüler. kesinlikle gözü kapalı tercih edeceğim bir konaklama tercihi şu dakikadan itibaren!

Eşim ve ben 1 gece konaklama için tercih ettik. Konum olarak gayet güzel bir yerdeydi. Gece çevrede zaman geçirdikten sonra yürüyerek gayet rahat bir şekilde dönebildik. Temizlik ve konfor yeterliydi. Odada terlik olmaması tek problemimizdi.

3 gece kaldık fakat 1 gece bile düzgün uyuyamadık. Yatak o kadar kötü ki gece bir ara uyumak için koltuğa geçtim. Yatak çok rahatsız sert ve çok eski. Terlik yok. Girdiğimizde yerler toz içindeydi. 3 gün boyunca girilip 1 kere bile paspas yapılmadı. Havlular değişmedi. Klimalar çok eski çalıştırınca içinden pis bir koku geliyor. Tek güzel yanı otelin konumu

konumu mükemmel bir yerde, park sorunu yaşamadık, oda tertemizdi ve her gün temizlik istedik her gün de pırıl pırıl yaptılar. daire ferahtı, panjurlar vardı uyuduğumuz odada kapatıyorduk ve harika bir uyku çekiyorduk. banyoda influencer ışığı bile vardı! müthiş. ihtiyaç duyacağınız her şey dairede mevcut, çalışanlar kibar ve ilgili. tek sorun su biraz az akıyordu ama bu kadar olumlu yönü de onu bastırdı. teşekkür ederiz her şey için

Sık seyahat eden biri olarak buraya yazılan yorumları dikkate almıştım ancak girdikten 1-2 saat sonra hepsinin sahte olabileceğini veya bizim çok şanssız olduğumuzu düşünmeye başladım. Girişte karşılama veya herhangi bir yönerge bulunmuyordu, bir süre bekleyip ardından farklı biri tarafından odaya götürüldük. Hiçbir bilgilendirme sağlanmadı. Odada ilk bakışta görünür olan yerler temizlenmiş ama biraz zaman geçirince tozları ve bulaşık makinesinde bırakılanları görmeniz zor olmuyor. Balkonda kuş dışkıları vardı ve masa temizlenmemişti, tozluydu. Odamızda tuvalet kağıdı eksikti ve ihtiyaç halinde talep ettik, resepsiyon göndereceğini söyledi, bir kaç saat bekledikten sonra tekrar iletişim hattı ile talep ettik, mesajımız cevapsız bırakıldı. Resepsiyon ve servis hizmeti olmadığı söylenseydi bu sorun değildi, kendimiz hallederdik. Finalde de en kötü tesiste bile günlük yenilenen çay vb. sıcak servisi ve tuvalet kağıdını bile marketten almamız gerekti. Gündüz uyuyan insanlar olarak bizim için en önemli konu ise ışık ve ses geçirmez perdeler olarak belirtilen özellik salondaki panjurdan ibaret. Yatak odamızda panjur yoktu veya çalışmıyordu ve perdeler aşırı ince olduğu için güneşi kucaklayarak uyumanız gerekiyor, tüm seyahat boyunca salonda uyuduk, şaka gibiydi. Odadaki lavabo inanılmaz küçük, çocuk kreşinden alınmış gibiydi ve hayatımda bir gün diş fırçalamanın veya yüz yıkamanın bu kadar zor olabileceğini hiç tahmin etmezdim… Muhit olarak sessiz. Çevresi güzel, tek avantajı bu.

Wir waren 3 nächte in dieser unterkunft als 4 köpfige familie. Die möbel sind veraltet der kühlschrank hat gestunken... es tut mir leid aber ich würde diese unterkunft nicht wieder buchen. Die inhaber sind tierfreunde und das war das einzige was ich geschätzt habe :-)
